FAF는 TaN, Ni/Cr 등의 금속 박막 저항체를 사용하는 고정밀 칩 저항기이며 0201~2512 크기, 최대 3MΩ 범위와 ±0.01%~±1% 공차를 제공합니다. TCR 코드는 ±2, ±3, ±5, ±10, ±15, ±25, ±50ppm/°C까지 구성됩니다. FAF-MH는 0402~1206의 자동차용 내황 박막 정밀 저항으로 AEC-Q200, ASTM B809-95와 ±10~±50ppm/°C TCR 옵션을 제공합니다.FAF is a high-precision chip resistor using metal thin-film elements such as TaN and Ni/Cr, covering 0201 to 2512, resistance up to 3MΩ and ±0.01% to ±1% tolerance. TCR codes include ±2, ±3, ±5, ±10, ±15, ±25 and ±50ppm/°C. FAF-MH is an automotive anti-sulfur precision thin-film family in 0402 to 1206 with AEC-Q200, ASTM B809-95 and ±10 to ±50ppm/°C TCR options.
